Bypass valve is a very easy installation, the product is top quality and packaging is great with instructions. Transmission running way cooler thanks to this product. Definitely recommend and will be purchasing other PPE products

I’d recommend this to anyone who’s got a 6L80 I’ve put about a 1000 miles on it since I installed it dropped my temps by 20 or so degrees of your still running hot after that get a external cooler

Installed this a few days ago on my 17 chevy with the 8l90. I live up in the cold and on a 15-20 degree day i was running about 99-105 degrees and on a 45-50 degree day it was 110-125. Does the job i needed it too and being in a cold climate it dosent keep the transmission to cold for my liking

Took about 5 minutes to install you need a 10mm for the plate that holds the trans lines in and the side bolt is a 13mm very simple and easy don't forget to put the old gasket on the new one mine just stayed in place when I pulled mine off so I just stuck the new one up there transmission Temps are in a great range now

No offices with figment, temps are running lower now. Only issue I had was dealership pinched the rubber washer on the side bolt. Didn’t void my warranty. I had purchased part and the Chevy dealer installed it when they put my new transmission in. 2017 High Country 1500 4x4. 98k miles
