2020-2026 GM 6.6L Duramax Fuel Coolant Pump Relocation Kit

The large PPE oil filter was easy to install. But the fuel coolant pump was definitely in the way. I moved it but the hoses were rubbing up against the filter. And the filter gets quite hot with the engine oil going through it. With the fuel coolant hoses pressed against the filter, the coolant can't effectively cool the fuel coming back off the fuel rail. That can cause vapor lock. The result is **** fuel economy. The relocation kit moves the fuel coolant hoses away from the filter and secures the pump with the existing retention screws. It's a slick setup. And definitely something that GM should have come up with on their own. Spend the extra $40 to get the pump relocation kit. You won't regret it!

Everything fit well and all the parts necessary were there. If it had a 3” extension for the wire harness, it would be completely perfect.

A must in order to use an extended filter. Hoses and mount are perfectly designed for exact fitment. I was extremely pleased. And it didn't break the bank.
