PPE’s Heavy-Duty Transmission Pans hold extra fluid and are cast from high-strength A356.0-T6 aluminum for optimal heat dissipation. This pan features internal heat sinks and external cooling fins. These features combine to reduce transmission fluid temperatures. Cooler oil lubricates better which helps increase transmission service life and reduce service costs.

The PPE Heavy-Duty Aluminum Transmission Pan also features a high-powered Neodymium magnet-equipped drain plug to keep harmful ferrous metal contaminants out of the transmission internals.

great pan with a drain plug

works great on my 24 ram 3500 srw cclb with the 68 best of all a drain plug with extra 4 quarts. no one post temps factory pan ran 170 which the thermostat set at 170 so the oil cooler was open at 90 degrees with the pan all i could get it to was 165 with the 170 thermostat at 90 degrees . get the bypass 140 max at 95 degree .

2021 RAM 3500 AS69RC Transmission pan

Nicholas Sherrod From PPE had several discussions with my big concern was clearance to the cross member he assured me that it would fit and he was correct I'm very happy with how the pan went in and how it has extra capacity for cooling on the transmission it also has a very nice drain plug feature which the current one had a drain plug but this one is 3 quarts deeper and I was more concerned with having the added capacity when I'm towing . I'm very happy how this worked out it was a little bit difficult getting four of the back bolts near the crossmember in but I was able to do that with a 5mm extended socket head Allen key also I had to grind down a 10mm socket to get the factory bolts out however that was not that big of a deal. I also used the trick of a hose to get the bolts in, and out on top of the socket head cap ****. Overall, I'm very happy with how it turned out. I have pictures however I was unable to upload the pictures for some reason.

21 ram 3500 as69rc

Not many options out there for deep trans pan for my as69rc, this one came out of the box very well made, went on very easily, and so far combined with the thermostat delete my truck stays about 20° cooler... even pulling 20k lbs approx 100 miles I haven't seen it hit the old thermostat temp yet I would definatly recommend to anybody wanting to get the max life out of their aisin trans
