Ford 6.7L Power Stroke Hot Side Intercooler Charge Pipe
Replace the factory mild steel hot-side charge air pipe with this premium 304 stainless-steel charge pipe for enhanced performance and increased durability.
The factory 2.5-inch charge air pipe is undersized and adds restriction to the system. The PPE replacement kit features a 3-inch stainless steel hot-side pipe, increasing the flow cross-sectional area by 45%, dissipating heat better and helping the engine breathe more freely. The durable stainless-steel construction ensures performance and reliability under all conditions.
The kit comes with a billet-aluminum compressor outlet adapter (O-ring included), 5-ply heat- and oil-resistant silicone couplers, and heavy-duty constant tension stainless steel clamps. All factory connection points are retained for a bolt-on installation.
