RMA HANDLING POLICY

For all returns or warranty claims, please visit our website PPEpower.com and send us a message via Contact Us at the bottom right of the page.  Our team will provide you with more detailed instructions once your RMA is approved.

When preparing your parts for shipment, ensure that the RMA number is clearly written in large, legible letters. Be sure to also include a copy of your RMA inside the package.  If for whatever reason you are unable to print a copy of your RMA, please include a handwritten message with your shipment with as much detail as you can.  Be sure to use sufficient padding for any returns, PPE will not be responsible for returns being damaged mid-shipment.

Products that are returned for warranty must be accompanied by an RMA number obtained in advance from a PPE customer support specialist.  PPE will refuse any returns without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.  Return freight will be the sole responsibility of the sender.  PPE reserves the right to make any final decisions on warranty claims.
