Shipping policy

Domestic

PPE offers free economy shipping on orders placed on our website over $100. Offer applies to shipments within the contingious United States. Choose standard shipping at checkout. The free shipping offer will be applied at checkout. No promo code required.

For same-day shipping place your order before 11PM PST.

Free shipping only applies to standard shipping methods.

All shipments valued over $500 require a signature. If you are not able to have someone sign your package for you please contact the carrier for more options. 

International

PPE will ship to any country that is serviced by FedEx, UPS or USPS, provided there is no active restriction to do so. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. PPE has no control over these charges, nor can PPE predict what they may be. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

 

Refund policy

Pacific Performance Engineering will accept AUTHORIZED returns for 30 days from receipt. All returns at no fault of PPE are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are only issued on parts and do not include shipping costs, installation/labor costs, or any other related charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened/unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or installed items are not eligible for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us via the Customer Service Area Footer, at the bottom of this page. You would then choose the Contact Us link, fill out the required information, and attach any photos you have, that support your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA number will be refused. PPE will not be liable for the return freight on refused deliveries without an RMA number.

Refused shipments
Any shipments that are refused at delivery or non-deliverable are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
