Designed as a direct-fit upgrade over the factory plastic cover, the PPE cast aluminum crankcase breather cover provides a major robustness improvement for your 6.7L Cummins. The OEM cover is prone to warping and cracking after long term exposure to the elements and many heat cycles, sometimes even shearing off portions of the flange. This breather cover’s high-grade A383 aluminum construction ensures long lasting heat and warp resistance, far surpassing the factory cover. Installation is completely drop-in, compatible with the factory CCV filter and retaining the factory CDR valve.
