Toyota MicroPure® Engine Oil Filter
The PPE MicroPure Oil Filter delivers 27% more capacity than the factory filter, offering exceptional filtration and protection for your engine. With a highly efficient synthetic-blend filtration media and a 10-micron nominal rating, it traps smaller contaminants and prolongs oil life.
The PPE filter integrates a heat resistant neodymium magnet to capture ferrous particles, this added layer of protection helps prevent internal engine wear and extends filter life. In traditional filters without a magnet, ferrous particles accumulate in the filtration media, reducing dirt-holding capacity and restricting oil flow.
The upgraded bypass valve features a precision coil spring with a rubber seal to ensure consistent performance and prevent oil blow-by. In contrast, the OEM bypass valve lacks the rubber seal which lead to dirty oil bypassing constantly. A silicone anti-drain-back valve prevents engine dry starts.
