Ford 6.0L Power Stroke Seal Kit
When replacing injectors on 2004.5–2007 6.0L Power Stroke engines equipped with the “wavy” style high-pressure oil rail, it’s important to replace the seals on both the standpipe and the dummy plug. These components are known failure points in the high-pressure oil system and can lead to hard starting—especially when the engine is hot.
This kit includes all necessary seals to service one standpipe and one dummy plug. It is compatible with both single-piece and two-piece standpipe designs.
This seal kit fits both early- and late-style standpipes and dummy plugs. However, if your engine still uses the early-style components, we strongly recommend upgrading to PPE’s Standpipe Kit (P/N 313020000). The updated design features wider grooves for Teflon backup rings, which better protect the D-rings and enhance long-term reliability.
