These tie rods are overkill for some, but when it comes to steering components, failure is not an option.

These tie-rod assemblies provide incomparable strength and durability to your truck steering system. It features a 32% larger-diameter forged sleeve, 27% larger-diameter toe adjusting shaft, and 14% larger, stronger ball studs. The outer tie rod end features a spring-loaded ball-stud seat that maintains constant pressure and OEM steering knuckle taper. The inner tie rod end is adjustable through the end cap and contains a powdered metal ball seat as well as a rubber shim for clearance compensation.

NOTICE: Do not exceed 500 PSI of pressure when applying grease will risk damage to grease caps causing tie rod failure and will result in voiding your warranty.

Overextending the tie rod angle might cause damage to the inner tie rod or outer ball stud retaining assembly. Common causes include steep tie rod–steering rack angles, and overextension of modified suspensions.
