2020-2025 GM 2500/3500 & 2021 and Later SUV Billet Hood Release Latch

This is a very nice Release Latch. Solid. Much better than the cheap one that came with the vehicle. I placed a bug guard on my hood and could only get a screwdriver to fit between the hood and the grill to open. Now I can catch the latch without sliding off or fear of it breaking. Its crazy, the billet latch is so well made that it makes the entire rest of the mechanism feel and look cheap. I wish I could change the entire hood release with this type of quality. Thank you.

Definitely a part you need but didn’t know you needed. I have removed this part a couple of times to install other accessories and the last time I upgraded the lever. Very nice piece for the price.

I purchased this item for a 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The quality and workmanship of this component meets the standard. This is a must have replacement for the CHEAP OEM product GM installed on this vehicle.
