Las Vegas, NV — Pacific Performance Engineering (PPE) proudly presents the Zilla Intake Manifold and Turbo Inlet Kits for the 2015-2019 Ford Power Stroke trucks. The stock cast aluminum intake manifold is a well-known performance bottleneck. Some sections of the stock manifold's internal passage are even narrower than a 2.5-inch-diameter tube, severely limiting airflow. Additionally, the factory manifold’s EGR inlet swirl is positioned directly in the center of the flow path, creating significant turbulence and reducing both air velocity and volumetric flow.

The Zilla Intake Manifold effectively eliminates these bottlenecks by utilizing 3.25-inch stainless steel tubing and hydroformed runners that seamlessly direct even airflow to each cylinder head. The restrictive EGR boss has been eliminated, creating an unobstructed flow path, and the EGR inlet port has been carefully repositioned to ensure even distribution of both fresh air and exhaust gases to both banks. These changes work together to maximize volumetric efficiency, achieving a 69% higher maximum flow rate than the stock manifold.

On the turbo inlet side, the kits include a 4-inch stainless steel turbo inlet paired with a carbon fiber airbox duct. Unlike the stock components, which have multiple shape transitions in the inlet path, the PPE turbo inlet maintains a fully round shape. The continuous, larger shape ensures higher flow efficiency and reduced frictional losses. The upgraded turbo inlet also eliminates the factory plastic two-chamber turbo resonator, reducing air turbulence and weight while enhancing turbo sound.

On top of providing all these performance benefits, the PPE Zilla Intake Manifold kits feature a hassle-free installation and OEM-like fitment. The kits retain all stock mounting points – including sensor clips, dipstick brackets, and coolant hose connections. Not a single wiring harness or coolant line is left hanging, and the MAP sensor port is in the exact same location as the stock manifold.
