The factory plastic intake includes a resonator that can significantly disrupt airflow, resulting in sluggish throttle response and hesitation during acceleration. PPE’s Zilla Intake uses smooth, natural transitions to maximize airflow, reduce throttle lag, and provide responsive, linear acceleration. Moreover, it improves fuel economy thanks to the optimized airflow and better volumetric efficiency.
