Cylinder Heads, Precision-Ported For Ultimate Performance!

Unlock Maximum Power: Cylinder Heads, Precision-Ported For Ultimate Performance!

2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax CNC-Ported Cast Iron Cylinder Heads-LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM

Upgrade your Duramax with PPE’s Ported Cast Iron Cylinder Heads. Unlike OEM aluminum heads that can cause blown head gaskets and warp under heat, PPE cast iron heads are engineered for durability and perfect thermal expansion with the cast-iron block. They offer elevated fatique strength, and heat resistance, which prolongs the cylinder head lifespan significantly.

Made from high-strength alloyed gray iron, PPE heads resist cracking and heat fatigue. Our CNC porting process improves airflow for more horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency, reducing engine stress and turbo lag. Whether you're replacing damaged heads or boosting performance, PPE’s Cast Iron Cylinder Heads deliver lasting reliability. and power.

2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax Cast Iron Cylinder Head-LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML

The OEM Duramax cast-aluminum cylinder heads struggle with blown gaskets and warping due to mismatched heat expansion with the cast-iron block. In high-performance settings, aluminum heads can warp, crack, or melt under excessive heat.

PPE’s Cast Iron Cylinder Head is the ultimate solution, designed to eliminate head gasket and cracking issues. Made from high-quality gray iron, it offers superior fatique strength, and heat resistance, perfectly matching the block's expansion rate to prevent blown head gaskets.

Complete with upgraded valve train components, nitridated valves, high-rate tapered springs, and powder metal valve seats, PPE heads deliver better wear resistance, reduced engine noise, and improved performance at higher RPMs.

2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax Valve and Spring Kit

Give your steering system a superior upgrade that outperforms factory design. The intake/exhaust valve, valve seal, spring, spring seat/retainer/keeper kit comes standard with each PPE Duramax Cast Iron Cylinder head. This kit is specially designed for the GM 6.6L Duramax and contains the components for both driver and passenger side cylinder heads. The valves are fully nitridated and reinforced for superior durability and reliability. The tapered valve springs’ higher spring rate and lighter valve train weight enable faster response during high RPMs and eliminate valve float. Springs rated to 126 lbs at installed height and can handle 60+ lbs of boost. Premium chromoly material construction ensures the longevity and durability of valve seats, retainers, and keepers.
